How it works

  1. Install the Chrome extension and create a business profile with NAP, industry, USP, and master description.
  2. Open a supported directory (e.g., Yelp business signup) and the Citation Manager sidebar will appear.
  3. Click Auto-Fill NAP to populate name, address, phone, and website fields.
  4. Choose tone and length, add optional keywords, then click Generate Description and paste it into the listing form.
  5. Mark the citation as created to keep your profile history up to date.
