  1. Install the extension and create a business profile with NAP, industry and a master description.
  2. Open a supported directory — the Citation Manager sidebar appears automatically.
  3. Click Auto-Fill NAP to populate name, address, phone and website.
  4. Mark the citation as created, and it's logged against that profile.
  5. Optional: with your own OpenAI key, generate a unique description per listing instead of pasting the same blurb fifty times.
